A Doctor was never visible to me or staff, I ask staff. Called squad when patient was ill. No ck up w Dr. after return fr hospital. They said they would call him. When he fell in his room during dinner, they could not spare help away from dinner to pick him up. I just happened to go back & fed him on the floor. He had a temp & they called sguad. No Dr. Suggested we get our own Dr & a sitter. Always short handed. Disgusting!! Judy Stedman

An employee came into work, knowing full well that she was Covid positive. Employee was fired, but they decided to wait a full day after knowing to test residents, and 2 full days to begin testing the staff. Oh but not rapid tests, because apparently, mitigating the spread of Covid to the elderly isn't important to an establishment whose purpose is to keep them alive and well. Disgusting. My mom was there from November 2019 til August 2020 and due their negligence of not figuring out and doing further tests to why she gained 50 pounds in 2 months I decided to take her to Emergency Room and found out that she had Edema and build up of fluid around heart and lungs and could of died of congestive heart failure the doctor said she needed up staying in hospital for 3 days and I decided to move her to better facility and and now they are wanting me to pay for 1/2 of the bill the month after she left and I will not ... read more
