I'm not sure what has happened to this company as it came recommended from our contractor, however they took the order, and two months later they don't pick up the phone, they don't return calls and it sounds like they have gone kaput!! Buyer's beware!!!
I suggest not doing business with this unreliable and shady company. I hate that I have to give them even one star. He came out to the house measured the fire place and took a deposit. Said items will be installed in 3 to 4 weeks, 2 months later and still no install, will not answer phone or email. I was taken and I feel robbed!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my fireplace doors in October 2014, it is now March 2015 and I still don't have my doors. They will not answer the phone and will not install my doors. I am filing with small claims court now. We have also ordered our doors through a different vendor and have been guaranteed 3 week turn around. This company is shady, no customer service and no follow through on orders. Buyer beware!!!!
