We had difficulties... Our gas insert was purchased in 2008 from H&Home. In July of this year we contacted them because the igniter was not working. Jake came out, said he didn't have the part and would return. He never returned. Recently we decided to follow up. Jake came out again, got the part from his store, put it in. It worked when he left. 2 weeks passes. It no longer ignites. We call the store and are told there is a long waiting list. Meanwhile our check had cleared. I texted Jake himself. I purchased a Starlight hot tub from Bob the Owner about a month ago. His Son Jake came to install it two weeks ago and showed me how to work everything. This is one of the best investments I've ever made, I absolutely love it. Thanks for your GREAT service. Always, Carole Goodyear

I don't leave a lot of reviews however I am compelled to for Hearth and Home. Great service from both Bob and Jake. We purchased a pellet stove from them and both the purchase and installation are excellent. Might not be the cheapest, I didn't want the cheapest I wanted the best , reliable pellet stove that wouldn't be a bother to use. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you to both of you. Ed and Joyce...
