We had difficulties... Our gas insert was purchased in 2008 from H&Home. In July of this year we contacted them because the igniter was not working. Jake came out, said he didn't have the part and would return. He never returned. Recently we decided to follow up. Jake came out again, got the part from his store, put it in. It worked when he left. 2 weeks passes. It no longer ignites. We call the store and are told there is a long waiting list. Meanwhile our check had cleared. I texted Jake himself.
