My experience with Hearth and Home has been dreadful. The price they quoted to me over the phone was $100 for a stove inspection, and $85 for a cleaning. When they arrived to do the inspection, we were billed for $185+tax (total=$200), even though I had not scheduled a cleaning, just the inspection. When I called to ask about the charge, they explained it differently that it was $185 just to come to my house, no matter whether they did the cleaning or not.
