I called needing someone to come service my gas logs. Tom scheduled me with a technician for a week later. David came out today and cleaned everything and fixed some small issues. Highly recommend their services. Was a very pleasant experience and David was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having.

These are Not your run-of-the-mill people who own/run this "fireplace " business! We arrived on a Friday Way after lunch. They had posted business hours only til Noon on Fridays. Didn't seem to matter, offend or bristle the husband & wife Team at All! The 2 of them helped us figure out what we needed and even drew us pictures to explain how to install. Couldn't define Customer Service any better. Heck, they even loaded it in our truck for us while other customers Still poured through the doors.
