I think their estimated price was ridiculous. They make you buy stuff you don't need or they won't install it. And when you try to talk to them about it they were very rude. There are plenty of other places to go
Good experience! I went with Hearth Designs because their website advertised "start to finish" concept to completion. We knew we wanted a Harman pellet stove insert but needed some help deciding on what to install behind the stove. John recommended a stone contractor and worked closely with them to ensure the proper fit. CT performed our lst cleaning this month and was very thorough and knowledgeable.
