Ken, worked with me, he spent the time needed to make sure I got everything I needed to complete the job. The time frame he quoted me was spot on. I hope I never need to buy another pellet stove but if I do, I’m definitely going to Hearth Design again.
John and team did a fabulous job taking out the old and installing a new Electric insert! We just love it!!
Highly recommended! I haven't been to the Hearth Designs store, I have only used them for service. CT came to our house today for the second time in a couple years. We first contacted Hearth Designs after our vendor told us that they couldn't help us out with repairs/ maintenance. CT spent at least 1.5 hours cleaning our stove and it looks like new! Last year we also had a problem, which CT easily identified & fixed, and the cost for both visits was less than I was expecting. A++++
Converted my gas fireplace to a pellet stove insert. The team was great to work with and made me very comfortable with the transition over to pellets. They also were great with coming out and helping me with a few minor issues (which was to be expected with the type of project that was done). The installation was about one month ago and I'm loving the stove. It brings me back to my childhood without the back breaking task of lugging firewood.
My husband and I went to a few different local businesses for our pellet stove and this one by far beat them all. Everyone there was so nice, not pushy, and always available to answer questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful stove with amazing service!
