If you are not a Dog person do not even think about living here. Lots of barking dogs. People leaving them out on the porch for them to bark all day long! Also noisy neighbors, but that's with any apartments. Will be leaving as soon as our lease is up.
Maintenance is always fast, friendly and does good work 👍
The apartments are cheaply built but look nice enough. There’s a real mix of people living here and a lot of children, with very relaxed community rules. You can hear your neighbors, especially above. And if you do hear them? Management is a group of mean girls who pick and choose who they like and make decisions based on that. The apartment is modern and I can’t hear my neighbors through the wall but can hear some hard walking above. Management is perfectly respectful and will do what they can for you. My main complaint is safety, with cars with people in them loitering in the parking lot for hours upon hours at night.
I love my apartment so much. The maintenance team is top tier here. Julia has been so helpful with anything I’ve needed while living here 5/5 stars isn’t enough!
