We were initially very pleased with our fireplace. But 6 months after our expensive fireplace was installed we were told to troubleshoot ourselves with the manual. After taking it apart we still have a non functioning fireplace and now a mess. I have left two messages with no return call. Not pleased at all, very disappointing.
