I had a wonderful time with the staff thank you very much for your assistance and making me comfortable with my visit
I have had an issue twice now with refills not being approved for the pharmacist. The office staff was very nice and welcoming at my last visit and I really like the PA that I saw. However, I came in to my required follow up in December and was told that my prescriptions would be sent in. They were never sent in and when I spoke to someone late in day, the woman was extremely rude and talked over me and told me that I had to give it 24 to 48 hours because the cardiologist are busy seeing other patients. I thought I scheduled my appointment online. But when I arrived it didn’t show in the system. I later found out the online appointment system wasn’t working. I had to reschedule for a later date. An inconvenience, not typical of the service they provide.
