Great staff who really care about the patients
I live 2 hours away, after my first appointment I had to rush out because i was going to miss my appointment for my obgyn for my twin pregnancy, the nurse told me to go ahead and leave and they would call with an appointment. An appointment was made but not confirmed with me. I saw the text message and could not even call to cancel 24 hours in advance because of the Monday labor day holiday. I Never spoke to anyone to confirm this appointment and they are still charging me a $50 cancellation fee. I do not feel this is right.... read more
The Doctor and Staff are always so professional and kind to my 83 year old Mother. She looks forward to her checkups because everyone makes her feel comfortable during her visits. Thank you Heartful Cardiology for all you do for your patients!!
