I am just completing my tenth year at HFFL. It is a terrific program – not just exercise, but diet advice, friendly folks, and devoted nurses. I wish it went for more than five days a week.
I've been a member of HeartFit since 2014. I love this program! The nurses and fitness staff are all amazing knowledgeable people. They make exercising and staying healthy fun. :-) I've never felt better! I feel so lucky to be a part of this wonderful program.
HeartFit For Life is a life changing experience! Anyone who is at risk for a heart problem or has a heart problem can benefit greatly from the program.
