The medical staff HeartFit is great...without a doubt. HOWEVER, the office staff, schedulers, etc have gone WAY down. Prescriptions are called in incorrectly, billing is a mess and they are nowhere near as welcoming and friendly as they were even a couple years ago. Today, after taking time off shift to show up for my appointment, which was made just the previous week, I was told "I'm sorry, I don't see you on the schedule, we're completely booked". I went to go as a secondary evaluation for our annual physical at my fire dept. Always appreciate these guys. They will actually take time to clearly go over any health problems, and more importantly how to avoid future problems. Highly recommended.
I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time. After waiting 2 hours, I was told it will probably be another 45 minutes wait until the doctor can see me. No one even notified me or checked in to let me know about the long wait until i approached and asked them. I told them I could return at a later date to discuss my labs. I was told the next available appointment would be in July, 2 months from now. No one said even a simply sorry for the inconvenience.
