Super sad to have to rate this place so low. It was absolutely a great environment for cycling and making exercise fun. The reason why I had to stop coming here is because the owner sold dozens of people sweatshirts and promised them over a year ago. When I reached out about a refund (after multiple months of waiting and asking), the owner ignored my request and unfollowed me on instagram. To this day, no one ever received a sweatshirt or refund (this was August 2024). It’s giving scammer and fraud. Not trustworthy at all.

Did a drop in class since I am new to town and am looking for a solid yoga community without weird vibes and competitiveness. I loved the class, the aesthetic and the message of not just inclusivity, but celebration of differences. The owner helped me transfer my drop in class fee toward a membership. Everyone was warm and welcoming - including others in the class.

Great rides at Heartfelt!!!! EXACTLY what I've been looking for in a spin class. Great instructors, great bike, good music, no stats/leader board, and easy to follow choreography! And the room temp is not set to hell, lol.

Love this studio! I was visiting a friend in Columbus and she treated me to a super fun class. I'm looking forward to coming back soon. Great atmosphere - very inclusive!!

I called the Heartfelt Studio to ask some questions about purchasing a gift card for a friend, and the person who answered was so kind and helpful! I'd love to visit when I'm back in town. Keep up the great work!
