DO NOT GO TO DR. RIYAJ!!!! I generally see Dr. Meinig or Kendra, both have provided me wonderful care so this is no way pointed towards them. I was passed over to Dr. Riyaj because Dr. Meinig is on leave. I am having an ectopic pregnancy and multiple times Dr. Riyaj seems to be reading the wrong chart when telling me her recommendations. 1st instance, I had (2) doses of methotrexate (10) days apart and had an ultrasound to locate the ectopic. Had an IUD inserted here on June 23 and have been in excruciating pain ever since, fevers, nausea, etc. I’ve left numerous messages and sent text messages to their text line and did not get a response for over a week. Went in for an ultrasound to find out what’s causing my pain and found out that the iud was not inserted in the correct spot and is 8 mm below where it should be, putting me at a high risk of infection or perforation. Do not recommend. They inserted my fiance’s IUD 8 mm below where it should be, have ignored our calls and voicemails explaining she is in extreme pain, and want her to sit in pain for almost a month to correct the mistake they made. Negligent abd poor response.
