This is absolutely the BEST assisted living facility in Roswell, NM hands down. It is beyond the cleanest! When you walk in the door, that's the first thing you notice, as there are no foul odors in the air. The facility has a very homey feel to it. The staff is very friendly. They are more than just employees; They are your families family and treat them as such. They love and care for them and take pride in what they do. As a nurse I have been in a lot of facilities. The staff at Heartfelt Manor is more than staff to the residents, they are their family. Skin break down and falls are Very, Very rare at this assisted living facility.
