Exceptionally great customer service and beautiful arrangements. When I needed something for my wife before I deployed with the Army they jumped right in it and delivered the most beautiful plant so that she would have something to look at every day while we were apart. I cannot recommend them enough! I will never go anywhere else for my floral needs.

I called Heartfelt Florist when my grandmother passed away and described what my family wanted for casket flowers and for a floral bible stand. I was beyond pleased with the quality and thought put into the arrangement. The colors and flowers were beautiful and everything arrived fresh and on time. Highly recommend!
Even if it's under new management, it seems care for clients does NOT exist. They have an employee that changes your order to suit herself. She delivered the arrangement as if it was from her. It showed up at 9:00. She, MY DAUGHTER is, as of today on a lung transplant list. She was sad because they couldn't put up their fake tree. I found out while having a loving conversation with MY DAUGHTER. They need fake because my daughter is allergic real pine.
