Jackie is an amazing caterer. I have used her to make single dishes to bring to parties and events. Cookies, brownies, pasta, sausage stuffing, Tiramisu, sausage muffins, and pastries are all things she has made for me. Absolutely delicious! She was a great communicator and very professional and timely in her delivery. I highly recommend her!
Brides and grooms, please heed the low ratings. I know the price Jackie offers may be tempting, and your first call with her will probably be fantastic and have you sold. But I implore you to seek a wedding planner elsewhere. You deserve better, and so did we. I am leaving this review as a close friend of the bride and groom who hired Heartfelt Events to plan their wedding (months prior through day of). From my point of view as someone who was in the wedding and immersed in the weekend set-up, Heartfelt Events was unfortunately unprofessional, passive, unorganized and inattentive to detail. My friggin dumb butt didn't take pictures, but, I had such an amazing experience going with this catering for my elopement. I chose a reheating option and it worked out perfectly. I loved all the food. If you go with this company you won't regret it. They give so much love into working with their clients, it's extremely clear that this is their passion.
