Jackie at Heartfelt Events provided "wedding planning" services for our wedding in October 2024. She was mostly absent and hard to get a hold of during the planning process often going weeks in between email responses. We booked her for 6-9 months of planning but she did not begin to prioritize action for our wedding until 3 months out from our date. Jackie was my wedding planner on June 7th, 2025. She was amazing. We started communicating early on about all the important things. She created a bus document that she supplied all the vendors with once all the details were ironed out. She came to our three month and one month planning meeting at the venue to make sure she knew what was happening and where. Jackie is an amazing caterer. I have used her to make single dishes to bring to parties and events. Cookies, brownies, pasta, sausage stuffing, Tiramisu, sausage muffins, and pastries are all things she has made for me. Absolutely delicious! She was a great communicator and very professional and timely in her delivery. I highly recommend her!
Brides and grooms, please heed the low ratings. I know the price Jackie offers may be tempting, and your first call with her will probably be fantastic and have you sold. But I implore you to seek a wedding planner elsewhere. You deserve better, and so did we. Every time we mentioned that Jackie was our planner to our other vendors (caterer, hair stylist, baker), the response was the same - "Ohhh, I know Jackie..."
