I am always skeptical about ordering or buying online. I must say this has to be the most honest and upstanding company I have ever dealt with. I made a mistake in thinking my hearing aid needed repair. Instead, it was wax build up of wax in my ear that needed to be flushed, and I had already paid for the repair and sent my hearing aid in to HearTech. I called and told them of my dilemma.
