Booked an appointment through their website and got confirmation. When I showed up they had no one available and the receptionist had no idea what happened. Terrible experience, customer service awful
I’ve never really had a go-to hairstylist before, but after reading all the amazing reviews about Madeline, I decided to book with her and I’m so glad I did! She was incredibly welcoming, so attentive, and always checked in with me to make sure everything felt right and comfortable. I have been coming here for a couple of years and I can't believe I haven't posted a review. I see Kianna for haircuts and she is wonderful, always makes me feel heard and is super easy going. I am always happy with my haircuts. The receptionist is suuuuper nice and always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. It's always a very nice visit.
