We are a practice of ten cardiologist with expertise in consultative cardiology, complex coronary angioplasty, cardiac electrophysiology and structural heart disease. We provide consultative cardiology in an outpatient setting at three offices in Glendale, Central and Northeast Los-Angeles. We provide inpatient care at Adventist Health Glendale, Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center and USC/Verdugo Hills Hospital

Wow....these reviews aren't wrong. Impossible to get anybody on the phone to schedule appointment. This is the closest cardiologist to my house so was really hoping to be seen here but after 20 minutes listening to hold music I think I'll drive an extra 10 minutes. No time for the aggravation. How do they have any patients?
I echo all these bad reviews. Terrible staff. Called in for appointment, they told me there was one call ahead - Sat on hold for 20 minutes. Called back again and was told there was one call ahead of me. Called again, someone picked up and tried to put me on hold, I quickly explained I just needed to make an appointment and the woman chastised me for my impatience. Finding another doctor.
The worst office. They don’t pick up their phones. If you get lucky and they do then they put you on hold forever. Pointless to leave a voicemail they never call you back.
This Verdugo office doesn't takes any telephone calls and nobody returns messages to make an appointments. I was locky once, surprisingly someone answered the telephone, but put me on hold 45 minutes, then hang up. I am changing this office, if will be necessary I will change my doctor too. My wife and I have tried this for almost couple of weeks. Highly not recommend. Looks like they don't care for their patient's.
