Heart Zones has been the leader in using heart rate data to motivate personal fitness, growth, and mental health. Sally Edward's has made it her life's work to help us all have a better quality of life. I was really happy to see the work they are doing with our youth through so many schools in America. I am fitter in my 70s than I was in my 30s, thanks to HeartZones.
As a fitness and education professional, I couldn’t be as effective as I am without heart rate monitoring by Heart Zones. There are a ton of options, including anonymity options for your displays when dealing with young people, so each student knows where they are on the board, but their friends don’t. I also love the way the zones of heart rate sort of create a game within exercise where even the least fit person achieves and scores based upon their own personal level of athleticism. Truly great!
