Waited 45 minutes to see the doctor plus he didn't have all my medical info available. The nurse didn't take my vitals other than EKG so had to detain me even longer (was there for 1.5 hours)! Needing to make 3 new appts to get a clearance for surgery is time-consuming. Would be better to have one location who can provide all services on same day for the convenience of the patient.
