Worst doctor Jani Tapan. Telling my mother, you won’t talk to the daughter and hindering her care. And you don’t even know which daughter you talk to is diabolical to me to not want to let her family know what is exactly going on.
Jani Tapan will only give you pill, not call you in for test review, and let you rot. Then when you tell him something about his staff and what they’re doing. Then throw a big fit and won’t talk to his client. Let the practice go if you can’t communicate or take care of the patient.
Jani Tapan doesn’t seem understanding more on the dismissive side. Doesn’t listen to his patients concern and will let them be. How can you trust a doctor like that.
Jani Tapan office needs to treat people right. My sister told her concern to the staff and then Jani Tapan didn’t like how she responded. That there all start with the doctor. One of my biggest concerns with Dr. Jani Tapan was communication. My mom asked that I help translate so she could fully understand her care, but he refused to speak with me. Our experience with Dr. Jani Tapan and his office has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After my mom had her heart stent procedure, she only had one follow-up appointment. She completed a stress test in April, but for months we were unable to get anyone to review the results with us. Every time I called the office to schedule a follow-up, I was repeatedly told that my mom had never completed the stress test, even though the completed test was clearly listed in her patient portal.
