Worst experience with a physician ever. The doctor (Senapathy) had a bad attitude, spoke condescendingly, and cut me off repeatedly. What kind of doctor doesn't listen to his patient? Use another office or, at the very least, avoid Senapathy.
Upset waited 1 hour 15 minutes from my appointment time to see Dr Kuri. Very upset that it takes so long to talked and see him.
Dr. Garza and Carson are thorough and everything you would expect from an excellent medical staff. Dr. Garza saved my life.
Not answering the phone for hours. Not calling back after message is sent to them from backup service. Going to transfer my files to another doctor.
I waited a long time to get my testing done. The doctors office also failed to mention that I would have to pay for third party services. The customer service is just unprofessional.
