Appt in May pain in chest, they scheduled stress test for Nov 24th. Why would they have me WAIT 6 MONTHS for a stress test.July needed knee surgery. 2 week prepared, day before surgery could not do because heart doc. You need stress test. In pain for 6 more weeks waiting for clearance for surgery. What a joke Still waiting for clearance in pain. Results were good for surgery but still waiting???
The care is below mediocre and they send you random bills. I went there a total of three times and for some reason got like 10 bills lol they basically brushed me off every time I went there. I went to another cardiovascular office and solve my problems within 15 minutes of my visit.
The folks at Heart & Vascular Clinic are certainly lifesavers! They have great attention to care and prioritizing what counts. Customer service in client satisfaction with this clinic is excellent!
