I'd give it a negative 1000 if I could! Good luck getting a hold of anyone on the phone. Need your prescription? GOOD LUCK GETTING THAT! You cannot speak to someone even if your life depended on it. It's been an on going problem since the dr got moved to this building. I love Tracy Little but yall gotta do better on this!

The convenience of being seen in my hometown instead of driving 30 miles is a big plus as well as how quickly I was seen after my arrival at my appointment time. The staff is always friendly and professional.
The staff at both the Lexington and Jackson facilities were very pleasant. Dr. Simon is great. He is able to take complicated medical terminology and break it down so that it’s easily understood. He takes time to answer questions and make sure the patient fully understands their medical issues and next steps.
