My mom went to countless doctors for a couple years to get help for her illness with no luck. She was turned away from everyone because of being high risk due to her age and heart condition. Dr Pace saved my life. He is the best. He listens, advises, is a great teacher and gifted doctor. Unfortunately, his staff is not at the same level. Just today, I got a dressing down from a nurse (?) over a drug refill. After telling her 3 times that I had an upcoming appt. I finally hung up on her. If she does not refill my meds, so be it. I will probably live. 😱
Been trying to reach this office for over a week left ongoing messages have yet to hear from this office so disappointing …then again it makes you think do I want this doctor to perform surgery on a family member when his staff and office do not get back to you regarding a life or death procedure!… I don’t think so!!
