Your office staff are irresponsible in addressing their clients health needs. In my case, a referral to Dr. Pace, for serious indications found on my heart monitor. They've had this for a week, and have not responded to (4) voice messages seeking an appt. for treatment. All you need to know is that their out-of-office voice message says ".....we will get back to you in 24 hours". I jumped through hoops to get an appointment to see Dr. Pace. I had to hand deliver my referral because the office claimed they didn’t get it. Once I did that, I could schedule an appointment. That was in March. My appointment was made for 2 months later. That was fine. I took the appointment. I just got a call ONE week before my appointment, that I had waited 2 months for, telling me he was going on vacation and needed to reschedule. Saw Dr Pace at MMH. Wonderful doctor but his office staff is terrible. Tried calling to make a post hospital visit. Staff doesn't answer the phone. Took me 2 weeks to reach someone. I was informed the front desk girl is all alone and drives from Arcadia to work there. Would of loved to establish with Dr Pace but can't rely on an office that doesn't answer the phone or return my call.
My mom went to countless doctors for a couple years to get help for her illness with no luck. She was turned away from everyone because of being high risk due to her age and heart condition. Dr. Pace showed up out of nowhere at the hospital and saved my mom and our family. I want to thank you for giving me my mom back. I also want to thank you for having Amy on your team. She is a delight everytime I call or come in. I dont think your aware Amy but your attitude and smile changes the patients mood completely and we carry it ... read more
