My deepest thanks and gratitude to the line crews who traveled to St. Louis, MO this weekend to help after the deadly 05/16/25 tornado. Your work in our community means so much as we recover from this disaster. After two days without power, it was a relief to come home last night to your crew ready to get us back up and running. Their drivers are very unsafe. Truck number 263 just cut off a small smart car at an entrance ramp on 295 running it off the road, in the rain. Very dangerous.
Waited for 3 months for this company to give me a correct quote to be advised they were not going to do the work. Poor quality of communication and professionalism.
I live in St. Petersburg Florida. My power was out for 3 days from hurricane Milton. The linemen from Hart Utilities quickly, and safely restored the power to my condo complex. Some of my neighbors require electrical medical equipment to keep them healthy. My many thanks to your very efficient linemen who restored the power to our building very quickly.
