Very unprofessional!!
Reasonably good service and product. Not the best truss company but near the top. The review from the guy who has framed 300 houses and prefers Menards over Heart is either a liar or a bit on the "slow" side. I have framed for 40+ years..... guessing three times more than that (300). The very last place you want to get trusses from is Menards.
Good paying job. They don’t really take racism seriously. Hard to advance or learn anything with half the staff under the influence as well as supervisors. The environment is best fit for caucasian people with little experience and no work ethic.
