Reasonably good service and product. Not the best truss company but near the top. The review from the guy who has framed 300 houses and prefers Menards over Heart is either a liar or a bit on the "slow" side. I have framed for 40+ years..... guessing three times more than that (300). The very last place you want to get trusses from is Menards.
Good paying job. They don’t really take racism seriously. Hard to advance or learn anything with half the staff under the influence as well as supervisors. The environment is best fit for caucasian people with little experience and no work ethic.
I've framed 300+ houses. Without a doubt, the worst trusses. Every job I see heart trusses on, I just sigh. Nothing fits or planes. Tails and overhangs are always wrong. Truss print and truss tags are routinely mislabeled or missing labels. We run into issues with every manufacturer. But heart is the only one who blames the installer or customer instead of their garbage trusses. Garbage trusses. Garbage customer service. Blowhard engineer.
