We were very fortunate to find Heart to Home! My mom had a very unfortunate accident in her home which led to spending 5 days in the hospital and then transferring to a LTC facility in St. Paul. We were put in touch with the H2H staff and from there we were able to tour their residential homes, meet their staff, schedule an assessment for my mom where she was placed on a short waitlist. This has to be one of the best senior care facilities in the Twin Cities. Personalized care in a nice home atmosphere. Our dad loved it here. Thank you to the H2H staff... they were amazing every step of the way. So thankful that dad had a dignified and peaceful last year in a place like this. I just wish we had found them sooner.
We loved this place. My mother received amazing care by compassionate staff. We are forever thankful.
