I had the great pleasure of working with Asheville home remodel co. We had a huge transformation from an old outdated ranch to a chic country home. Just wanted to give a shout out to Zach as a project manager for this company, he is awesome to work with as each member of their team we encountered. I've had a lot of contractors that were never available to answer questions during a project (before or after) and these folks are there, fully available all the time it seems and even track you down to just give you updates throughout the build/remodel process. This review is long overdue. We moved back into our house in mid April following repairs to damage from Helene. Two trees hit our house during that storm. One, a large oak, ripped through our roof, from the back of the house to the front. I happened to be sitting where it fell. If not for the integrity of the walls, I wouldn't be writing this. We interviewed several companies…everything from large to tiny but fell in love with Tim’s organization because there was structure AND flexibility. NO addition is without challenges, particularly when you are living there. Regardless of our concern Asheville Home reacted quickly, communicated clearly, and created a plan.
