Absolutely an amazing company with caring and compassionate staff.
My mother is eating very little and so she has a nutrition shake twice a day. I had it on a subscription from Amazon so that she never ran out. H2H started supplying it and the nursing home has notified me *twice* that she has run out. The first time it happened, H2H assured me it would never happen again and put a process in place to check her supply during certain visits. That obviously didn't work and if it happens a third time I think we will be looking for a different hospice provider.
I want to thank your wonderful staff for the care, both emotional and physical, you provided to my father. I recommend your services to anyone who want top quality care for love ones.
Nothing but top notch!!! Nurses and all staff go out of their way to make life as smooth as possible considering what life has brought my family and myself!!! Thank you heart to heart!!!!
