I wouldn’t recommend working here as a DSP. Houses have roaches, bugs, unorganized, unsafe. I found another organization better and cleaner and new. Management is rude , liars, not understanding, gossipers, untrustworthy. The new organization below is much better and understanding with a great work and life balance .
The hiring recruiter is very dishonest and the training is unpaid until after you work 150 hours which is something you don’t find out until you arrive at the training which is rushed in less than 7 hours. Very inadequate training . Don’t set yourself up. the place is very disorganized . Beware .
