My experience with Heart to Heart has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I signed up for their matchmaking service, expecting to receive five introductions as promised in my contract. However, what I received instead was a series of profiles and pictures, which, according to the company, somehow counts as fulfilling their "service" obligation. Signing up with Heart to Heart is one of the best decisions I have ever made. From senior leadership to all staff, the service is first-class. Matchmaker Karen Lutz is my dear friend and confidant. The entire team really cares about me and my happiness. Everyone is working hard to match me with someone who shares my core values. I have never been asked to compromise on my search criteria. I strongly recommend signing up with this company!

I had a great experience with this company. I met a total of 9 people and I am finally engaged thanks to Heart to Heart! I can't say enough about my matchmaker Karen Lutz. She has been phenomenal through this whole process of talking to me, giving me dating tips, telling me how to dress, and helping me with my social life. Without Karen, I do not think I would have the success that I had. I will always remember this company for helping me with finding the love of my life.

I can now put a review, after being a member for 9 months, I'm engaged. It was hard for me trying to meet people. I waited patiently for something good to happen. I am glad I did, my matchmaker was Debbie. Debbie was patient, listen to me and even had me go home to think about being a member. I went back the next day and joined, no regrets. Thanks Heart to Heart !!

I went to Heart to Heart and decided to be a member. I think I will get more chances to meet people, after trying the internet and having no success. I like the fact that they do background checks on all their members. I was referred by a friend who got married through their service. Since it worked for her, I feel enough confident to give them a chance:)
