I completed the BLS Instructor course. Arleigh is an excellent instructor, she made the class a lot of fun while ensuring we (the students) were given all of the pertinent information. I highly recommend taking classes at Heart to Heart! I traveled from Southern Maryland and am so happy I found them via a Google search.
I just completed the BLS instructor renewal class, and it was fantastic as usual! Ms. Hatcher was knowledgeable and engaging, making the information easy to understand and created a supportive environment to encourage participation. I highly recommend this class for anyone looking to become a new instructor or renew a current instructor certification!
Arleigh and her staff are wonderful. A great training center. We had a very stress free CPR instructor renewal! Great information in a kind and caring environment.
This place helps saves lives and careers! They were there for me when I needed to renew my CPR in a pinch! As a travel nurse, i must often find and pay for my renewals on my own every 2 years. This contract was tough working 4 twelve hour night shifts per week with the hospital requiring mandatory training twice during the day at the last minute the same month i needed to renew! oh boy!!!! Amberley our CPR instructor was great! She made the class fun, informative & engaging.… so no one fell asleep:) I am no longer afraid of what to do in case of an emergency so thanks Amberley for preparing me with this life saving knowledge! Only issue was after 4 hours I was hungry so make sure you bring a drink & snacks to keep energized!
