Working with the staff at Heart to Heart was so wonderful! I loved the zoom call prior to trying on dresses because they pulled exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on!! I cannot wait for it to come into the store and put it on in my size.

I am still beaming after my experience at Heart to Heart Bride! From start to finish the communication, customer service, and guidance offered when picking my dress was stellar. I said it felt like “high stakes dress up” and was clearly a bit anxious walking in. Abigail and Ashley were AMAZING!! Abigail worked fast with me and put me in a "wildcard" dress that made me feel like a princess and stunned my fiance. It was a very intimate experience and Abigail was patient with me from beginning to end. My virtual consultation with Ashley was great and to be supported through my choice on how I wanted to go about my fitting. I felt like I knew her for years. I was recommended Heart to Heart Bride from a friend who purchased her wedding dress from there. I had a bridal appointment at Heart to Heart Bride. It was my third experience trying on dresses, with the first two being at David's Bridal. I was very overwhelmed with the setting at David's Bridal. Heart to Heart was such a great experience. I was very nervous going into finding a dress, but Nicole was so helpful and understanding. I was able to try many different options, and find what I really liked. I found THE DRESS with the help and encouragement of the staff, but also did not feel pressured at all to go with one specific style or dress. Ended the day off with a champagne toast!
