Love the doctors but the is rude and unprofessional
I had been a patient of this practice for many years. Recently I had the misfortune of dealing with less than competent doctors in the practice who lied to my face and lied on their visit summary. They should have their medical license suspended permanently. This practice should be reviewed by the state medical board and shut down. Shame on me for not doing something sooner. Their poor judgement could have killed me. The are a disgrace to the medical profession
Whenever Diane is working with one of the doctors the waiting period is short. She’s respectful and kind. She worked with Heather yesterday. She took her time answering questions and the NP was in right away.
My mother sees Dr. Gutowski. Diane was very helpful when applying a heart monitor on my mom. I called and had more questions and she was able to provide clear instructions and examples so that I can understand my mother’s care. Best call service and monitor hook up service we have experienced from this office in such a long time. One person truly made a difference in this practice.
The office is incredibly disorganized and the doctors are below average.You will wait in the waiting room for 1-2 hours. I wish I was able to give no star at all.
