My friend and I walked into the store, chatting and browsing the goods for about 5 minutes, when the owner asked us we needed assistance. We politely said no, and that we were just having a look. She then proceeded to say to us, “I don’t want to hear you talking. I don’t want to hear your stories. It’s all I can hear and I don’t want to hear you talking.” We left after she said this, as saying this to potential customers was beyond rude, unnecessary and disrespectful. In there for 5 minutes chatting quietly with my friend while browsing. We were then told by the owner that she didn’t want to hear us talking. So we continued our story and left, happily ever after.
Such an amazing place to shop! The owner is such a lovely lady and her products are beautifully made & handled with care whilst still affordable. This is a great place to shop for gifts and household items. I shop here often & encourage anyone to shop here too! 5+ stars! Xx
Do yourself a favour and Visit Heart Space for a lovely variety of Quality items such as jewellery, plants.and lots of decorated pot plants and artificial flowers which Ann has added her magic creative touch... Such a joy to browse through this beautiful shop.
