A massage with Sophia is like no other you have ever had. She is skilled at a variety of massage techniques,and I will attest she is fantastic at deep muscle massage. I will be a regular visitor to Self Care Center for massages.

I've gotten a number of treatments/services at the Self Care Center and I can't wait to get more! I've had multiple massages with Sophia and I have a hard time relaxing generally; oddly enough it's even harder when getting a massage but not with Sophia. I am able to focus on resting while she finds all the areas of my body that need work. The place is definitely healing. The atmosphere is so calming and comfortable. I got my eyebrows done and Heather explained everything thoroughly before and after to make sure Im happy with what she did. Ill be back soon!
Booked a 90 min massage requesting a scent free space, therapist and products and they delivered on all aspects. Sophia has a calming energy, listened then provided a relaxing and amazing massage. The space is so calming, clean and peaceful I def will be back to try a facial next. Highly rec’d!
