This place is phenomenal. We visited from out of town and got the Vietnamese sandwich, orange tofu, wonderbar and cheesecake. Everything was SO good. The orange tofu was so saucy and the veggies were perfectly sautéed, the sandwich was so flavorful with great texture variety between the bread, tofu, veggies and sauce. And the cheesecake was to die for. Service was great too, and I love that they make their tofu in house! I wish I lived in town so I could try everything on the menu.
Very tasty, especially the Pad Thai and soups.
I got the Vietnamese rice noodle salad and it was delicious! Also, very friendly staff and good prices.
Heart & Soy is a casual restaurant for vegetarian pan-Asian food. Most of the dishes are vegan or can be made vegan, and there are also lots of gluten-free options. In addition to the hot food, there's also a dessert fridge, bubble tea, a great assortment of loose leaf teas, and bags of vegan jerky for sale. I stopped here for dinner while I was driving through Louisville and got a few bags of vegan jerky to take home because they had brands and flavors that we don't have in our stores.
