I’m still in disbelief about yesterday. I had appointment to go over my test results. I noticed he said are you taking it medicine 💊 I said yes. In my ind I’m saying why? Did he ask me that. So I told him that I’m haveing side effects to some of the medicine 💊. One medicine I explain to him that makes me feel bad he told me to tell my primary Dr. I told him you are the one that wrote the prescription and this point he was very agitated even my husband try to talk to him didn’t work. Physicians, office nurses, RN NP’ are all super nice and never make you feel rushed. I could cry that Dr. McBrayer is retiring. We will have to see how his replacement does. I will also have to agree that front desk staff needs a little more training in greeting and responding to patients. In addition patient portal needs to be kept up to date, I recently received a rather comical call from Alabastet about an abnormal lab result. I had looked on the portal several times for the result and it was not there. The comical part i... read more
