Had an appointment booked with Tammy online, which included a $20 deposit. She canceled it and texted me directly saying she cancelled the appointment but still had me down in her book. When I got there all of the stylists had someone in their chair, after texting her I was there and sitting awkwardly for about 20 minutes a worker saw me and asked who I had an appointment with. I got my hair done twice there now. First time with James with a haircut and the second time with Stacey for color correction. James was amazing and made my hair feel like new hair just with a cut. Stacey was so amazing and sweet and she helped me fix my hair from my failed attempt at home. She walked me through what she will do and why my hair did what it did. She made sure I left happy and feeling beautiful again. I 1000000% recommend these two. Both are very talented and amazing.

I had James do my hair. He did a full highlight, cut and styled it. I absolutely love what he did and how it came out. Very impressed. I will definitely have him take care of my hair for now on.
