My wife and I are victims of Will, too. He filmed our wedding in August of 2024. He’s yet to produce any footage one year later. Before he stopped responding to calls and emails, he claimed he was going through health issues. What a nightmare. Stay away.
Very disappointed to be writing this. My husband and I got married in June 2023, over A YEAR AGO, and still have not received video footage of our wedding. We have emailed/called DOZENS of times and have not heard from him since DECEMBER 2023. He completely ghosted us and we paid $5k. If he is still doing any sort of videos PLEASE STAY AWAY. We will be taking him to small claims court with another bride that has also not received her video as well (married in May 2023). Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.
Be careful! They are not to be trusted as they took payment and then ghosted us. Completely unprofessional.
I am very disappointed to be writing this negative review. My partner and I signed a big contract (>$6,000) with Will in Feb 2023, about 16 months away from our June 2024 wedding. Will was an attentive communicator in the beginning, before we gave him a deposit and signed a contract. We started to reach out to Will in Jan 2024 to get the ball rolling for our big day. Unfortunately like the most recent reviewer posted, we are 7 months out from our wedding and have yet to receive any footage or communication whatsoever. We will be getting our lawyer involved, and are devastated to be out thousands of dollars and lose the videos of our precious memories that we trusted Heart+Soul to capture and deliver.
