I hired Lauren and Stephen to do a Sound Bath for some friends aged 15 to 75 one afternoon and it was totally awesome, relaxing, nourishing to the soul, and magical. Everyone had a great time and want to do it again next year. They do a fantastic job and are very talented.
I love Heart Song Aerial & Lauren! My 12-year-old has had one-on-one voice/acting/play sessions with Lauren over the past couple years, and they have nurtured my child's confidence, self-esteem, and creativity. Red Tent Afternoon is a co-created nourishing offering for sisters and femme siblings to enjoy the healing arts studio and snacks together while sharing in local arts, music and healing. Had the most amazing time for my daughters 17th birthday. I can't even begin to explain the experience - fizzy drinks, chocolates and tea, aerial time, massages, singing bowls, singing voices. Lauren curated not only a lovely space and time but a genuinely unique, healing, loving, playful, soulful experience. Can't wait to go back!
Lauren did an amazing job creating a special Birthday celebration for my 12 your old daughter and two friends. It was an amazing and unique experience.
