I've been here once before and really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere is nice and the massage was great. However, I've attempted to book their sauna and a massage several times after and there always seems to be issues. Once I booked the sauna and no one was there. This time I booked the sauna and a massage for my birthday and less than 12 hours before my appointment they text me stating "Liz said she still isn’t sure if she will be able to do your massage tomorrow, but you’re more than welcome to use the sauna." I’m not the best at leaving reviews for places but I will start by saying that I’ve been seeing Liz for 2 years (not as frequent as I’d like) and she is EXCELLENT! She has the best hands ever. She is welcoming, accommodating, and you can tell she loves what she does. Heart and Sole is not what you’d imagine… simply put, it’s Magical. I always leave feeling light and brand new.
