A hidden gem for sure! Tucked away in an old industrial area, but once you walk inside you forget where you are. Super cute and comfy. A very unique massage; I have had good massages other places that still felt rehearsed but every time I go here I get a massage that is very intuitive, unique, and adjusted to me in that moment. I also always enjoy the sauna after. No issues booking! Easy to communicate with! Glad I stumbled across this place on a google search!
I cannot say enough good things about Heart & Sole! The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting! I’ve had the fortune of having Liz and Leigh as my massage therapists! They are both amazing and so unique in their styles! They are also very knowledgeable in their field and have helped me feel my best many times! You won’t regret choosing Heart & Sole!!
Heart & Sole is truly a hidden gem! Tucked behind the quiet of an old industrial park. This business offers tranquility from the moment of entrance. The lobby is adored with a beautiful collection of plants and natural lighting. Each therapy room possesses its own unique hand curated design, gentle ambiance, and soothing aromas. After my time with Liz, I left Heart & Sole feeling truly refreshed. I'm looking forward to experiencing one of the many other additional therapeutic services provided. Y'all check it out!
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage at heart and soul, and I can honestly say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the survey was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. I always love my time with Liz. She is always very easy to schedule with, works around my madness, and always gives an amazing massage. Even when she was out of town she booked me with someone else in the facility! Everyone is always nice, The atmosphere is great, they're always accommodating whether I want to talk during my entire massage or whether I just need some quiet! Sometimes Liz is more a therapist, then just my massage therapist! I Highly recommend heart and sole to anyone looking!!!
