By far the best massage experience I have ever had. Liz is wonderful! She always makes sure you are comfortable, she takes her time, and always has a smile on her face! Even when I am difficult, she makes me as comfortable as she can and accommodates when a certain position is uncomfortable! Highly recommend these wonderful ladies for your massage needs!

Excellent place to get a massage took away nearly all my lower back pain. I had Elizabeth for my massage therapist, she did excellent work very professional. With her I was able to get an appointment in the same day I called.

I don't typically get massages, but at a close friend's recommendation, I found myself fully relaxed in a Swedish massage. Liz has a warm presence and professional approach. I have sensitive skin and struggle to find lotion that doesn't cause issues. She understood my need and had the appropriate product on hand. My mind quieted, my tense muscles started to relax, and that continued for the rest of my day. Thank you Liz, will book again soon

Recently moved to NC from FL and have been looking for a non-chain spa. Found Heart and Sole and had a massage with Elizabeth Madrid. She got all of my trigger spots and knots, especially with my chronic migraines. I felt such a relief of tension I honestly got so emotional! 10/10 recommend!
