I have yet to see any doctor’s office being run so inefficiently. I take my father to this location with Dr. Dale Yoo and every time we have come across the same issue of inexplicable delays and time mismanagement. From sitting in the lobby for 45 mins to getting to the consultation room waiting another 50 for the Dr. to come in. Every visit lasts for about 100+ mins with hardly 2 mins of face time with the Dr. this is not just frustrating for us but I have serious concerns about the management of this place as a business. I was referred to this office by my allergist and my primary due to obvious POTs symptoms. After a long drawn out process to even get in, a year later I still have incomplete answers. I’m clearly not on the correct medication, which good luck getting refills from them because they ignore those completely. Even with test results to support POTs it gets shrugged off. Dr. Yoo and the MAs are great but I’ve had multiple visits where I’m 99% sure I was forgotten about and waited for 45+ minutes for a doctor to come in and talk to me. I have also sat in the waiting room for egregious amounts of time for very simple visits.
