The women at the front desk are truly awful. I have been placed on hold several times for almost an hour, each time being forgotten about. Horrible customer service, can’t return a phone call, and drag their feet with referrals. Their personalities are generally miserable and rude. God help you if you have a problem because they won’t! If you can stick it out through the misery and the prolonged, worsening cardiac symptoms you’re sure to experience, the doctors are good… the rest of the staff- not worth the heartache
This practice has helped our clients and I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the staff. Highly recommended.
