Folks, please do not misunderstand these folks are awesome except I can't get anybody to return a phone call if I have an issue and it takes them and unnecessary amount of time to set my refill for my meds and it is a bit frustrating. Still love them and wouldn't want to be anywhere else
Dr. Frazier, Dr. Harris, BJ and the rest of the staff are the absolute best of the best!
Wonderful folks. My only real issue was the scheduling of surgeries. Why arrive at 6 a.m. for a 3 p.m. event? Plus, was not advised of the extremely long wait so as time crawled by, I became more and more anxious. I have learned to ask more questions! Surgery was a complete success, thankfully.
I am sharing this for Steve B. Futrell. We are very pleased with this office. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Harris is very good and attentive with your needs. Great Dr.
