I drove 30 minutes through heavy construction and traffic. I walked in 7 min late and I was told that I would have to come back another day for being late. When I arrived there was nobody in lobby and I stood there for a few in until the woman in the grooming section said she would call in the back to get someone to come out. I stood there for awhile and by the time the guy came out it looked to the vet that I was 20 min late and I think the guy let the vet think that. We just took our dog to the Animal Veterinary Center and saw Dr Schwartz. She was rude, combative and unprofessional! Every thing we asked her to do was a problem, like she just wants to do the minimal for our Nico. Evey time my partner asked her a question, she came back at him with a smart aleck answer, very condescending. She could never give a straight answer, it was always a question mark.
