Dog was limping, paw swelled and puffy. Allowed walk in visit did not wait long to see doctor. Staff very gentle with the dog. Treated paw infection Staff were very friendly
Great first experience. My dog is anxious. We went right into a room. No waiting room worries. Dr. Kate listened to all my concerns and did the necessary tests to check out my dog fully. I also love that they can submit claims to Trupanion directly for me. Everyone was very nice and understanding. Looking forward to hearing results and talking next steps in my dogs care.
This is my second emergency situation handled by heart & paw. They promptly took my dogs in on both occasions, did a thorough exam, and provided exceptional care. I’ve been to several vets and emergency hospitals in the area and I can say with 100% certainty that the level of care & professionalism at this facility is unmatched.
