They do care to explain what vaccines that they recommend are and what they are for. They only gave me a list of vaccines and an expensive bill to pay. I wanted to check what is what before I decided what is best for my dogs. But nobody was able to explain to me. I asked for WiFi in their office, as cellular reception was really bad. We had our grooming appointment today with Heart & Paw, King of Prussia. It usually takes between 2.5 hours max. I waited with this standard in mind (plenty to do in the surrounding area on foot). I checked in twice and never received a disclosure they were either running behind (office was empty) or groomer did not show, but something was broken this day which they chose NOT to disclose. Staff was fantastic. Handled my dog, Duke, very well. Very thorough in explanations. Dr Blazic is phenomenal and highly recommend.
I've only ever heard decent things about Heart and Paw but when my Girl went there today her Mom was treated like dirt. Ridiculed by the care our sweet girl was receiving, basically being told that my son and his family were mistreating my GrandPup! This vet has no idea what our family has been going through and instead of showing compassion he was nothing but judgemental! My GrandPup has been loved and cared for since day one and this vet was just the worst!
